Warranty & Disclaimer

2.1 By default, Nifty City provides a one-year warranty on all products. In rare cases, a product may have a manufacturing defect. A warranty extension may be purchased only within 30 days of the original product purchase.

2.2 Nifty City provides four weeks of free replacement warranty coverage if a product arrives faulty or does not operate as expected, as determined by Nifty City.

2.3 The consumer has up to four weeks to return a product for a free replacement. This does not include shipping or taxes. The consumer is responsible for shipping and applicable taxes unless the product has a quality issue or was faulty on arrival, as determined by Nifty City.

2.4 Nifty City is not responsible for improper installation, including rips, tears, or electrical faults. Please install at your own risk. Our products go through multiple manufacturing and testing phases for quality assurance. Work performed by third-party professionals who are not affiliated with or partnered with Nifty City is not covered. We guarantee only work performed through our partners. Warranty claims are assessed by Nifty City. Please note: Our products include surge protection in both directions, to and from your vehicle. They are designed not to damage or impair vehicle features, accessories, or electrical systems.

2.5 Nifty City products are aftermarket products and may not operate exactly like factory equipment. We engineer them to provide an alternative for vehicle owners who may have few other options available.

2.6 Nifty City sells products with different levels of complexity, features, and price points. Nifty City is not responsible for improper installation. You may encounter issues during a first-time installation, and our team is here to help. We recommend professional installation or advice if you are not comfortable modifying your vehicle.

2.7 Nifty City sells modules with Android-based interfaces that allow consumers to download third-party apps. If a third-party app does not operate correctly, contact the app provider where possible. Nifty City will assist with technical issues where possible but will not approve a refund or return without a valid reason. Threatening or abusive conduct toward our staff may void return or refund eligibility.

2.8 We may update our site, content, or product pricing from time to time to reflect market demand and business needs. Nifty City reserves the right to make these changes.

2.9 We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at any time. We may delay cancellation of an order suspected of fraud until we believe the funds can be safely returned to the authorized holder of the payment method.
