1.0 Analyzing Return, Refund & Calculation.
1.1 If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, we apologize, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or return. (Warranty excluded).
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If packaging is ripped, broken or damaged in any way, ‘Nifty City’ will asses this and modify the refund amount to an appropriate level.
1.3 We cannot process returns based on the consumer disliking the product. It is the consumer responsibility to do the research before investing in aftermarket products for their vehicle.
1.4 To complete your return, we require an order number. To acquire the return address and/or start a return, please contact us.
1.5 ‘Nifty City’ will require a coverage of X% of restocking/repackaging fee, according to table further below.
1.6 If 'consumer' is eligible or granted exception for a return, ‘Nifty City’ will return [original price of product MINUS restock fee, MINUS damage assessment (If damaged). This includes any cancellations, orders placed accidentally, and/or vehicles not supported by ‘Nifty City’ without 'consumer' checking with 'Nifty City' for support of vehicle beforehand. This is calculated using the table further below.
1.7 Change-of-mind cancellation orders, will incur a 15% cancellation fee (Must contact us within 6 hours of placing the order, or 20% deduction will apply)
1.8 Pre-orders and any pre-custom manufacturing, requires customer to pay all fees upfront (These fees include 'NIFTY CITY' purchasing supplies & parts to put together and manufacture the system for the customer). If the customer would like to cancel the order, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted, to cover losses issued to 'NIFTY CITY'. Customer should not agree to terms and conditions on product page, unless terms and conditions are fully understood.
1.9 If vehicle is sold or write-off/totalled (If applicable)
This is not a valid return reason. You have the option to sell the Nifty City product with the vehicle or separately to a third party.
1.1.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you, to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you, if the refund has been approved. If approved, then your refund will be processed, credit will automatically be returned to your original payment method (May take 3-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution), damage assessment for the return may take 7-14 business days,
1.1.2 If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your card issuer, it may take some time before your refund has officially landed. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
1.1.3 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective or damaged on arrival are inspected by Nifty City. Photo or video evidence is required. If you need to exchange for a similar item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us, to begin the process.
1.1.4 Consumer is responsible for paying shipping costs in returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

1.1.5 It is important that you double check your order details and ensure you have used any applicable discounts. If orders are accidentally placed without the intended discount used, unfortunately we will not be able to go back and apply it or refund the amount.
1.16 Once we receive the return, we will test the unit with our system to check whether it has been used or not. We will check if the product stored car data
1.17 Refund is strictly based on "Product Price". Refund does not apply to shipping and any extras/features paid for.
1.1.8 Visiting an authorised dealer/installer - If for some reason, consumers' choice of dealer/installer, could not get our products functioning, it is the consumers responsibility to contact us to check issues with the installation or claim of non-functioning products and get it confirmed by Nifty City. If contacting us & confirming is skipped, a restock fee is incurred. If confirmed by us, it's a free return.
Nifty City may need to do hardware checks depending on the order received. This includes, but not limited to; physical hardware checks, VIN checks, region checks, or driver responsibility check.

2.0 Warranty & Disclaimer
2.1 By default, ‘NIFTY CITY’ provides 1 Year Warranty on all products. We understand that in rare instances, some products that were manufactured, potentially might be faulty. Warranty extension may be purchased, only up to 30 days after original product purchase.
2.2 ‘NIFTY CITY’ provides 4 weeks of "free replacement warranty" for if our products arrive faulty or do not operate as expected (Assessed by ‘NIFTY CITY’ Only).
2.3 The consumer has up to 4 weeks to return the product for a free replacement (This does not include Shipping and Taxes). The consumer will be responsible for paying shipping and any applicable taxes UNLESS the product has a quality issue or is faulty on arrival) (Assessed by ‘NIFTY CITY’ Only).
2.4 ‘NIFTY CITY’ will not be held responsible for improper installations. This includes, rips, tears, electrical faults. Please install at your own risk. Our products go through many manufacturing and testing phases to ensure quality assurance. Any third party professionals that do not have involvement or partnerships with ‘NIFTY CITY’, are NOT Covered. We will only guarantee work through our partners. Warranty assessment will only be professionally assessed by ‘NIFTY CITY’. Please note: Our products have surge protection going both ways, to and from your vehicle. It will not be possible for our products deteriorate or destroy vehicle features, accessories or general electrical.
2.5 ‘NIFTY CITY’ provides products that are considered as ‘aftermarket’. These products may not operate the same as factory equipment. We engineer them as best as possible to be able to give an alternative to owners of vehicles that do not otherwise have many other options in the market.
2.6 'NIFTY CITY’ sells products at different, complex levels, at different price ranges, with all products providing a different cause and feature. ‘NIFTY CITY’ is not responsible for improper installation(s), in saying this, for the first time installation, you might encounter some issues, that’s why we’re to help. ‘NIFTY CITY’ and the team, suggests to visit a professional or get professional advice if you’re not comfortable with amending your vehicle.
2.7 ‘NIFTY CITY’ sells products that have an android-based interface that allows consumers to download 3rd party apps that are owned by other 3rd parties.
If a 3rd party app is not operating as it should, then it is suggested to contact that 3rd party where possible. ‘NIFTY CITY’ will be here to help with any technical issues and where possible. ‘NIFTY CITY’ will not issue a refund or return without a valid reason. If at any point, one of our staff are threatened or abused, any refunds/returns will be void.
2.8 We may update our site from time to time and may change the content or product pricing to suit market demand and needs at any time. ' NIFTY CITY' has all rights to do this.
2.9 We have all rights to accept or cancel any order, at anytime. We also hold all rights to NOT cancel any orders recognized as fraud until we believe the funds can safely be returned to the true holder of the payment method used.
3.0 When you subscribe to Nifty City, you are subscribing to all brands under "Nifty Enterprise Group". Nifty Enterprise Group owns all rights to "Nifty City" and "Dash Streamers"
3.1 If consumer has completed any modification on our product or their software(s), warranty will be void.

3.0 Sale items (if applicable)
3.1 Regular priced items are eligible for refund requests. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Sale Items include any discounts/coupons, including any holiday discounts, E.G; Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Christmas, Etc.
3.2 Sale items may not be returned or refunded, including; any cancellations, orders placed accidentally, and/or vehicles not supported by ‘Nifty City’ without 'consumer' preemptively checking with 'Nifty City' for support of vehicle. This does not include warranty. Warranty may still apply if the product is not operating as expected. Expectations of operation will be assessed by 'Nifty City' only.
No Third parties have assessment interest or opinion.
3.3 'Nifty City' reserves the right to refuse/deny any sale without any reason provided.
1.1 Personal information we collect

Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
1.0 Commission rates
Our affiliate program is purely and strictly commission-based. Affiliates earn 5-10% depending on the program selected and assigned by Nifty City. Payout is only calculated on a percentage of the order, not dollar amount or figures. Nifty City and Nifty Enterprise Group reserves all rights.
1.1 Commission payout frequency
Paid every 30 business days. Nifty City may delay or bring forward payouts, for any reason. Nifty City and Nifty Enterprise Group reserves all rights.
1.2 Affiliate Customer Routing
Affiliates may only refer customers using their assigned affiliate link or discount code. Under no circumstances can affiliates use other codes or links.
1.3 Approved or Declined
Nifty City reserves all rights to approve and decline orders. Affiliate may reach out to find out more details of why that order was approved or declined, however Nifty City does not allow any disputes or case opening, to change that decision. There could be a factor of many, as to why that order was declined.
1.4 Meeting Criteria
Affiliate orders must meet all prerequisites of the criteria in order to be approved and paid out. Criteria is laid out by Nifty City.
This criteria includes:
1. Allowing 30 business days to pass for that order
2. Customer of that order has not opened any disputes with their credit provider
3. Customer has not opened any cases of any form against Nifty City
4. Customer has not cancelled the order or returned.
5. Customer has not used other discount codes or links in combination of affiliate link or code.
1.5 System abuse
If any affiliate is caught under any suspicion of abusing or cheating the affiliate program, the affiliate account will be closed and the affiliate will not be eligible to open another account.
1.6 Sale Items or Discount Codes
Any item that is on sale in excess of more than 10% of its retail price is not eligible for Affiliate payout.
1.7 Discount link and code combinations
If a customer is referred through an affiliate link but has used a Nifty City discount code which equates to more than 10% off, affiliate will not be eligible for referral payout. Customer must use affiliate link and an affiliate discount OR a Nifty City discount code that is 10% or less.

Seasonal "Sales" Policies
1.1 NIFTY CITY is participating in Halloween events this October. The deal of the month: Place an order and receive two or three FREE upgrades. These upgrades cannot be used alongside discount codes. To be eligible for the free upgrades, customers must place orders without using discount codes.
1.2 NIFTY CITY will only provide two or three upgrades. A minimum of two upgrades and a maximum of three. Customers cannot have discrepancies with upgrades they receive. Orders cannot be compared with other consumers. However, NIFTY CITY will provide the best possible upgrade for each customer and their relevant spend.
