Returns, Warranty, Privacy Policy.


1.0 Analyzing Return, Refund & Calculation.

1.1 If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, we apologize, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or return. (Warranty excluded).

1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If packaging is ripped, broken or damaged in any way, ‘Nifty City’ will asses this and modify the refund amount to an appropriate level.

1.3 We cannot process returns based on the consumer disliking the product. It is the consumer responsibility to do the research before investing in aftermarket products for their vehicle.

1.4 To complete your return, we require an order number. To acquire the return address and/or start a return, please contact us.

1.5 ‘Nifty City’ will require a coverage of 20% restocking/repackaging fee.

1.6 If 'consumer' is eligible or granted exception for a return, ‘Nifty City’ will return [original price of product MINUS restock fee, MINUS damage assessment (If damaged). This includes any cancellations, orders placed accidentally, and/or vehicles not supported by ‘Nifty City’ without 'consumer' checking with 'Nifty City' for support of vehicle beforehand. This is calculated [order total cost - 20% restock fee]

1.7 Change-of-mind cancellation orders, will incur a 10% cancellation fee (Must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, or 20% deduction will apply)

1.8 Pre-orders and any pre-custom manufacturing, requires customer to pay all fees upfront (These fees include 'NIFTY CITY' purchasing supplies & parts to put together and manufacture the system for the customer). If the customer would like to cancel the order, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted, to cover losses issued to 'NIFTY CITY'. Customer should not agree to terms and conditions on product page, unless terms and conditions are fully understood. This also applies to other payment service like "Lay-Buy" or any other financial provider.

1.9 If vehicle is sold or not around anymore (If applicable) 
This is not a valid return reason. It will be denied. You have the option to sell the module with the vehicle or separately to third party.

1.1.1  Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you, to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you, if the refund has been approved. If approved, then your refund will be processed, credit will automatically be returned to your original payment method (May take 3-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution)

1.1.2 If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your card issuer, it may take some time before your refund has officially landed. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

1.1.3 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a similar item, send us an email at customercare@niftycity.shop or contact us, to begin the process.

1.1.4 Consumer is responsible for paying shipping costs in returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 2.0 Warranty & Disclaimer

2.1 By default, ‘NIFTY CITY’ provides 1 Year Warranty on all products. We understand that in rare instances, some products that were manufactured, potentially might be faulty. Warranty extension may be purchased, only up to 30 days after original product purchase.

2.2 ‘NIFTY CITY’ provides 4 weeks of "free replacement warranty" for if our products arrive faulty or do not operate as expected (Assessed by ‘NIFTY CITY’ Only).

2.3 The consumer has up to 4 weeks to return the product for a free replacement (This does not include Shipping and Taxes). The consumer will be responsible for paying shipping and any applicable taxes UNLESS the product has a quality issue or is faulty on arrival)  (Assessed by ‘NIFTY CITY’ Only).

2.4 ‘NIFTY CITY’ will not be held responsible for improper installations. This includes, rips, tears, electrical faults. Please install at your own risk. Our products go through many manufacturing and testing phases to ensure quality assurance. Any third party professionals that do not have involvement or partnerships with  ‘NIFTY CITY’, are NOT Covered. We will only guarantee work through our partners. Warranty assessment will only be professionally assessed by ‘NIFTY CITY’. Please note: Our products have surge protection going both ways, to and from your vehicle. It will not be possible for our products deteriorate or destroy vehicle features, accessories or general electrical.

2.5 ‘NIFTY CITY’ provides products that are considered as ‘aftermarket’. These products may not operate the same as factory equipment. We engineer them as best as possible to be able to give an alternative to owners of vehicles that do not otherwise have many other options in the market.

2.6 'NIFTY CITY’ sells products at different, complex levels, at different price ranges, with all products providing a different cause and feature.  ‘NIFTY CITY’ is not responsible for improper installation(s), in saying this, for the first time installation, you might encounter some issues, that’s why we’re to help.  ‘NIFTY CITY’ and the team, suggests to visit a professional or get professional advice if you’re not comfortable with amending your vehicle.

2.7NIFTY CITY’ sells modules that have an android-based interface that allows consumers to download 3rd party apps that are owned by other 3rd parties.
If a 3rd party app is not operating as it should, then it is suggested to contact that 3rd party where possible.
‘NIFTY CITY’ will be here to help with any technical issues and where possible. ‘NIFTY CITY’ will not issue a refund or return without a valid reason. If at any point, one of our staff are threatened or abused, any refunds/returns will be void.

2.8 We may update our site from time to time and may change the content or product pricing to suit market demand and needs at any time. ' NIFTY CITY' has all rights to do this.

2.9 We have all rights to accept or cancel any order, at anytime. We also hold all rights to NOT cancel any orders recognized as fraud until we believe the funds can safely be returned to the true holder of the payment method used.

3.0 Sale items (if applicable) 

3.1 Regular priced items are eligible for refund requests. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Sale Items include any discounts/coupons, including any holiday discounts, E.G; Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Christmas, Etc.

3.2 Sale items may not be returned or refunded, including; any cancellations, orders placed accidentally, and/or vehicles not supported by ‘Nifty City’ without 'consumer' preemptively checking with 'Nifty City' for support of vehicle. This does not include warranty. Warranty may still apply if the product is not operating as expected. Expectations of operation will be assessed by 'Nifty City' only.
No Third parties have assessment interest or opinion.

3.3 'Nifty City' reserves the right to refuse/deny any sale without any reason provided.

Privacy Policy

1.0 This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Nifty City (the “Site”). 

 1.1 Personal information we collect

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States. 

1.8 Data retention 
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. 

1.9 Changes 
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
